At Cannac, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read the details below regarding our shipping process:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship via Delhivery and Shiprocket.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–6 business days (depending on your location)

  • Express Delivery: 1–4 business days (available for select locations)

Tracking: Tracking information will be sent via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: ₹99 shipping fee

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • P.O. Box addresses are accepted, but delivery may take longer.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at cannactrends@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will assist in arranging a replacement or refund as per our policy.
